Nutrition Follow-up Consultation (4 Lessons) (SCH-NUT-00009)

WeWell Nutritionist/ Registered Dietitians are here to provide personalized nutrition care that is sustainable and achievable, because we strive to help our clients to achieve their health goals. To reduce risk from developing non-communicable diseases.

Target: Suitable for those who are wellness orientated, seeking help on weight management, and those who require dietary advice on hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia.

Nutrition Follow up consultation (4 sessions – validity: 2 months from purchase)

Each follow up session is 20-25 minutes. Your Nutritionist/Registered Dietitian will continue to monitor and review your process to evaluate the effectiveness of your dietary plan.

• Weight, body fat and muscle mass measurements
• Review dietary and exercise records
• Revise dietary recommendations according to your needs
• Nutrition education: Informative handouts, food products recommendations and nourishing recipes will be provided
