1. After confirming the customer's successful payment, WeWell will send a medical examination confirmation letter to the customer by email within two working days. Please check email and junk mail.
2. The medical examination confirmation letter will not be reissued, please print this letter and keep it in a safe place.
3. The serial number of the medical examination confirmation letter is unique and can only be redeemed once. Once redeemed, it cannot be reused.
4. The validity period of the medical examination confirmation letter is 6 months, and the customer must use the relevant examination within 6 months (from the date of confirmation of payment), and it will be invalid after the deadline.
5. All medical examination plans need to make an appointment with the designated clinic based on the information listed on the confirmation letter.
6. Please reserve advanced booking time at least 2 weeks through WhatsApp number 6011 8607.
7. The customer must show it to the medical examination center on the day of the medical examination ID card and submit a printed copy of the confirmation letter to confirm your identity.
8. The medical examination report is generally issued within seven to ten working days after the physical examination. Clients can arrange with the clinic to receive the medical examination report.
9. Once the order is confirmed, there is no refund or transfer or change service location and booking date.
10. All physical examinations are general surveys and preventive in nature, not for medical diagnosis or treatment purposes.

12. If you have any insurance claim related questions, please contact your insurer and reach out to us by phone at 25299008 or via WhatsApp at number 55013837 before any purchase from WeWell Healthcare. WeWell Healthcare does not guarantee any insurance-related matters.
13. In view of customer's personal circumstances, some examination items will be adjusted according to the doctor's clinical judgment. For example, Pap smear tests are not suitable for women without sexual experience, X-ray/CT scans are not suitable for pregnant women, and blood grouping tests are only applicable to first-time participants, etc. Specific arrangements will be made by the doctor based on the customer's personal circumstances. Any adjustments made for clinical reasons will not be eligible for refunds.
14. In case of any dispute, WeWell reserves the right of final decision.
Purchase of Vaccine Terms & Conditions

3. The serial number of the confirmation letter is unique and can only be redeemed once. Once redeemed, it cannot be reused.
4. All vaccination plans need to make an appointment with the designated clinic based on the information listed on the confirmation letter.
5. Once the designated clinic location is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
6. You must show your ID card and submit a printed copy of the confirmation letter to the clinic on that day to confirm your identity.
7. Once the order is confirmed, there will be no partial refund, full refund or transfer.
8. All vaccine injections are of a general survey and preventive nature, not for medical diagnosis or treatment purposes.
9. Please check with the clinic for the service hours of the clinic when you make an appointment.
10. In case of any dispute, WeWell reserves the right of final decision.
Usage of WeWell Healthcare Gift Card Terms & Conditions
1. This redemption code can be used on the WeWell Healthcare website (wewell.com.hk) before the expiry date. (Not valid for vaccinations, eye check-ups, or designated items.)
2. Customers must register as members of WeWell Healthcare to use this redemption code.
3. This redemption code cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotional offers of WeWell Healthcare’s products and/or services.
4. To redeem the redemption code, customers must enter the redemption code in the specified field at WeWell Healthcare website before checkout.
5. Only one redemption code can be used per each transaction.
6. This redemption code can only be used once and cannot be reused.
7. This redemption code cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable. If lost, damaged, or defaced in a way that causes the code to be incomplete, it will not be reissued.
8. Once redeemed, the redemption code cannot be reversed. Items and/or services purchased using the redemption code is also not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
9. If the order amount is higher than the value of the redemption code, the customer needs to top up the remaining amount of the order.
10. When using the redemption code, if its value is higher than the order amount, the balance will be forfeited and shall not be refunded.
11. This redemption code is invalid after the expiry date. No extensions nor refunds will be allowed for invalid codes.
12. WeWell Healthcare shall have the right of final decision on any dispute arising from and/or in connection with this redemption code.
13. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
