To reduce risk from developing non-communicable diseases.
 

Target: Suitable for those who are wellness orientated, seeking help on weight management, and those who require dietary advice on hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia.

Initial consultation:

At your initial consultation takes around 45- 60 mins, WeWell dietitian/nutritionist will complete a detailed nutritional health assessment

• Lifestyle, dietary habit and medical history questionnaire
• A bioelectrical impedance analysis: weight, height, body fat and muscle mass, BMI and basal metabolic rate
• With all the required information, we will establish a health goal together
• We offer personalized dietary advice and lifestyle modification that is attainable and sustainable.
• Nutrition education: Informative handouts, food products recommendations and nourishing recipes will be provided.
