Cervical cancer is the seventh most common cancer among women in Hong Kong, but cervical cancer is one of the most preventable cancers, mainly linked to human tumor virus (Human Tumor Virus, HPV). Precancerous lesions and early cervical cancer are symptoms-free, and if treatment is not timely, the cancer will develop to a stage that is difficult to cure. Therefore, it is very important for women to be screened.
