  • Hepatitis B vaccine is effective in preventing hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection.
  • The complete course of vaccination takes a total of three doses. The second dose is given 1 month after the first, and the third dose is given 5 months after the second.
  • If there is an interruption between doses of hepatitis B vaccine, it is not necessary to re-start the vaccine series. Arrangement for the subsequent doses should be made as soon as possible.
  • After completion of the three-dose course of hepatitis B vaccination, more than 95% of healthy people would produce protective antibody levels, which can confer long-term protection against HBV infection.

  • Customer must provide a valid Hepatitis A/B screening report (Conducted within 3 months) to the medical center to determine the appropriateness of taking the vaccine. For those who fail to provide a valid report will have to pay extra blood testing fee.

Not applicable: Those who have had an allergic reaction to vaccine components and women who are pregnant.

  • The price includes the consultation by the doctor and the subsequent injection by the doctor or nurse.
  • Customers need to go to the same clinic to receive the entire course of vaccination.
  • Must be consulted by a doctor whether it is suitable for vaccination. If after the doctor’s consultation, the client is not suitable for vaccination, the client will need to pay the doctor's consultation fee of HK$200. In all instances of refund cases, WeWell Healthcare reserves the right to charge a 5% handling fee and refund the fee within 15 working days.

Purchase notice (vaccine)

1. After confirming the customer's successful payment, WeWell will send a confirmation letter to the customer by email within two working days.

2. The confirmation letter will not be re-sent, please print this letter and save it properly.

3. The serial number of the confirmation letter is unique and can only be redeemed once. Once redeemed, it cannot be reused.

4. All vaccination plans need to make an appointment with the designated clinic based on the information listed on the confirmation letter.

5. Once the designated clinic location is confirmed, it cannot be changed.

6. You must show your ID card and submit a printed copy of the confirmation letter to the clinic on the same day to confirm your identity.

7. Once the order is confirmed, there is no partial refund, full refund or transfer.

8. All vaccine injections are of a general survey and preventive nature, not for medical diagnosis or treatment purposes.

9. For the service hours of the clinic, please check with the clinic when you make an appointment.

10. In case of any dispute, WeWell reserves the right of final decision.
