"Three-highs" refer to high blood pressure, high blood lipids, and high blood sugar, while "one loose" means osteoporosis. "Three highs" will increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases such as heart disease, diabetes and stroke. "One loose" can lead to fractures, and "three highs and one loose" can increase the risk of death! Before the onset of complications, patients with "three high and one pine" may not have any symptoms. High-risk or middle-aged people need to beware of the "three highs and one pine" and receive regular physical examinations.
