肝纖維化掃描 (可控衰減參數) Fibroscan and Controlled Attenuation Parameter (CAP)

肝纖維化掃瞄專門測量肝硬化和脂肪肝，檢測肝臟受損程度，對治療慢性肝病相當重要，也是決定乙肝患者應否開始服藥的重要參考。所有關注肝臟健康的人士，都鼓勵接受掃瞄。尤其身患乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎或嚴重脂肪肝，我們建議每年掃瞄，監察肝臟有沒有出現纖維化。

Fibroscan is designed to measure liver cirrhosis and fatty liver, and detect the degree of liver damage. It is very important for the treatment of chronic liver diseases, and it is also an important reference for deciding whether to start taking medicine for Hepatitis B patients. All those concerned about liver health are encouraged to undergo a scan. Especially if you suffer from Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C or severe fatty liver, we recommend annual scans to monitor whether there is fibrosis in the liver.
