Prevenar 13 uses conjugate vaccine technology to promote immune memory. Only one injection is needed for long-term protection for 2 years or older. The Hong Kong Centre for Health Protection recommends that elders aged 65 or above be vaccinated against pneumococcal vaccine; high-risk elders, such as those with chronic illnesses, should receive the 13-valent conjugate vaccine first. The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) also recommends that elderly people 65 years of age or older receive the 13-valent conjugate vaccine as a priority. For the sake of yourself and your family, act immediately to get the 13-valent conjugate vaccine!
Object: Suitable for people aged 2 or above
- The price includes the initial assessment by the doctor and the subsequent injection by the doctor or nurse.
- Customers need to go to the same clinic to receive the entire course of vaccination.
- Must be assessed by a doctor whether it is suitable for vaccination. After the doctor’s assessment, if the client is not suitable for vaccination, the client will need to pay the doctor's consultation fee of HK$200. Except for pathological reasons, WeWell Healthcare will charge a 5% handling fee and refund the fee within 15 working days.
- As each clinic has different vaccine stocks, customers must call the designated clinic to make an appointment 7 -10 working days before the injection.

Purchase notice (vaccine)
1. After confirming the customer's successful payment, WeWell will send a confirmation letter to the customer by email within two working days.
2. The confirmation letter will not be re-sent, please print this letter and save it properly.
3. The serial number of the confirmation letter is unique and can only be redeemed once. Once redeemed, it cannot be reused.
4. All vaccination plans need to make an appointment with the designated clinic based on the information listed on the confirmation letter.
5. Once the designated clinic location is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
6. Customer oninjectionYou must show your ID card and submit a printed copy of the confirmation letter to the clinic on the same day to confirm your identity.
7. Once the order is confirmed, there is no partial refund, full refund or transfer.
8. All vaccine injections are of a general survey and preventive nature, not for medical diagnosis or treatment purposes.
9. For the service hours of the clinic, please check with the clinic when you make an appointment.
10. In case of any dispute, WeWell reserves the right of final decision.
